With an eye on the future, we're expanding our reach across major cities in the US, and around the globe.We're looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Team. As a Recruiting Coordinator at Vettery, you'll support the recruiting team during a high growth period. You will serve as the first point of contact for Vettery and will work to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Your responsibilities will lay the foundation for Vettery's continued growth and overall success.Key responsibilities and expectations:* Provide a seamless candidate experience through the entire recruiting lifecycle* Coordinate scheduling interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers* Manage a high-volume interviews calendar and oversee the in-office experience for candidates* Partner with recruiters on sourcing and hiring needs* Assist with phone screens and resume review as necessary* Manage workflows within our applicant tracking system and update it with all notes and relevant information* Participate in ad-hoc recruiting projectsCandidate Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree* 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition* Experience with an ATS system, Greenhouse is a plus* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly* "No task too small" attitude* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* A passion for the recruiting space and a desire to grow within this fieldVettery has five key values that are the foundation of our company culture, which every employee embodies:* Positivity - We're positive when things get difficult so we can stay motivated and lift each other up.
