Under the general direction of the Asset Program Manager or Shop Supervisor, Department of Maintenance, Physical Plant, this position will be responsible for life cycle management of facilities asset data. The position will support the development, implementation, and quality assurance of preventive maintenance activities for those assets. The position will conduct condition assessments of facilities, facility systems, and equipment. The data is managed in an Integrated Work Management System (IWMS -currently AssetWorks).

2 years facilities maintenance or related integrated work management system experience related to, but not limited to facility condition assessment, asset data collection, data management and preventive maintenance. Proficiency in a wide range of software programs and databases including Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel or spreadsheet software and an integrated Work Management System.Department(s):
