A place where we will challenge ourselves, our teams, and the status quo and where we will work to find a way - the right way - to achieve what others can only dream of. **Specific responsibilities of this role include:** + Create manufacturing work instructions for electro-mechanical hardware + Design and document fixtures within pro engineer to support product build + Utilize UTC Aerospace Operational Excellence (ACE) processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operation processes + Complete work as directed to transition key missile actuator programs to production rates *Education / Certifications Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution. *Experience/Qualifications Basic Qualifications: + Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution + Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher + Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework Preferred Qualifications: + Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills + Critical/strategic thinking ability + Innovative + Ability to work independently + Results-oriented + Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop a strategy + Teamwork and collaboration + Ability to make sound ethical decisions that drive results Nothing matters more to Collins Aerospace than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
