General Job Description Leads and directs the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales and Operations organizations Overall Characteristics Makes decisions and recommendations that are conclusive and have a significant impact on organizational objectives. Set priorities and reconcile conflicting directions from competing interests. Understands the spectrum of product lines to direct and plan work schedules and understand the complexities of scope and features. Develops standards and guidelines to increase efficiency and productivity. Performs advisory consulting for team members and other peers. Managerial Characteristics Manages OEM Sales, Sales Administration function and the Field Engineering Group. Decides the type of resources, facilities, tools, and funds are needed to accomplish organizational objectives. Mentors staff to grow in their skill set both technically and professionally. Direction Received Receives administrative guidance on top-level organizational strategies and broad executive objectives. Works independently and with other departments to carry out these goals. Receives direction on company policy and legal matters. Communication Skills Possess advanced oral and written communications skills. Represent the organization in communications and conferences pertaining to broad aspects of engineering assignments. Visit customers and troubleshoots field issues by making field trips. Write industry accepted journal articles and presents papers at industry standard conferences. Key Job Responsibilities Member of the Strategic Leadership Team Supports the marketing efforts of the organization. Build a highly effective tam by assessing required competencies, recruiting and hiring qualified and strong candidates. Lead the team in identifying, prioritizing, and executing programs and projects to deliver growth and profitability in support of the Sales team s strategy. Develop team members through coaching, training, and personal development plans. Promptly and effectively deal with compliance and other performance issues in a manner consistent with company policies and practices. Provide leadership to the team, setting high expectations for standards and behaviors of excellence consistent with core values and HSE objectives. Develop and manage expense and capital budgets and resources. Translate company vision and strategy into departmental goals and objectives. Provide technical leadership and support on a range of products, applications and processes. Work cross-functionally with other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of programs through collaboration, integration and coordination. Lead the OEM Customer Account Segment that include the major Oilfield Service Companies selling Electrical Submersible Pumping Systems (ESP). Manage OEM Account Manager Tulsa Manage future OEM Business Development Managers As Needed Manage the Sales Administration Function Inside Sales Sales Administration Equipment Sales / Service Billing Quotation Process Order Entry / Order Monitoring / Order Prioritization Trade Compliance Quality System Manage the Field Engineering Group HSE Scheduling Field Installation Trouble Shooting Customer / Partner Training HSE and Quality Responsibilities Follow Company HSE guidelines at all times. Attend and actively participate in HSE training exercises Every person has the responsibility and authority to ensure quality Deliver quality in a sustainable, safe and environmentally responsible manner Key Competencies Sales & Operations Leadership Planning and Organization Initiating and Driving Change Collaboration and Synergy Forward Focus Results-Focused Developing others and self Customer Focus Building Trust Prerequisites Education - Engineering degree or relevant technical experience. 5 10 Years Management Experience Master understanding of the sales and customer service practices & policies. Advanced understanding of key business systems (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce). Experience with key service companies, preferred with Electrical Submersible Pump Manufacturer Field service Experience and Management of the Service Function Supply Chain Experience in Planning &Forecasting Financial -P & L Responsibility Marketing Experience Strategy Development, participation on an leadership team. Strong Leadership and Management Experience & Skills End-User Sales & Business Development Relationships - Field Level to C-Suite Strong experience with U.S. Oil Companies- including Corporate Relationships. (Examples: OXY-Apache-ExxonMobil- Etc.) Reporting Experience in all areas SAP Experience Digital knowledge-leadership
