As our Operations Manager you will:
Lead & build the internal Closing Operations function for our Mortgage Business lines. This team serves as the internal backbone for our Mortgage clients, ensuring exceptional operational workflow to enable a successful and smooth real estate closing experience.
Analyze & streamline internal & external processes with the focus of building a productive, scalable operation
Oversee a team of Operations Associates whose tasks include preparing real estate closing documents, managing email responses, & providing phone-based support for both Customers & Business Partners. The team will include a blend of remote & in-office staff.
Own all supporting talent & growth pillars for the team including hiring, training, quality assurance, and coaching/development
Collaborate with the Director of Notary Operations and the Customer Success team to drive successful onboarding and implementation results for partners, resulting in error-free transactions and high customer satisfaction ratings
Partner with Customer Success in managing ongoing relationships. Including identifying operational opportunities to grow bandwidth and transaction volume
Partner with Product to drive automation efforts & feature implementations to support efficiency & scalability
Use platform data & partner feedback to drive goals around execution & service level agreements
Deliver an exceptional customer experience based on direct customer feedback and ratings
What we look for:
2+ years of team management experience in an operational & customer-facing environment
2+ years of management experience at a SaaS company
Experience with rapid organizational growth preferred
Experience within the Mortgage/Real Estate industry is a plus
Demonstrated team leadership skills and a proven track record of developing a team with increasing responsibilities - remote/virtual team management a plus
Strong commitment and excitement for supporting others: both customers and teammates
Proactive communication & collaboration practices
Strong training/coaching/individual development skills
High attention to detail
A balance of innovator & operator skill sets
Highly adaptable personality with the ability to quickly make decisions and execute on them
