Manufacturing Engineer s primary objective is to support the company s on-time delivery through continuous improvement to parts and processes in production. You will generate innovative and practical solutions such as alternative manufacturing methods, process automation, and production tooling design. You will manage projects focused on the improvement of quality, safety and productivity which may include workflow and/or layout analysis and design, specification testing, new equipment installations, new process development, and more.

To do this, you will need:

  • Composites and aerospace experience; specifically, layup, curing, tooling and manufacturing
  • Experience with extensive coordination of others / functions (ie: Quality, Program Managers, Project Engineers, etc.)
  • Understanding of supply chain and production strategies
  • Experience collecting data, evaluating, testing and implementing new technologies
  • Direct, hands-on operator problem solving

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years composite and tool design experience
  • Ideally Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology exposure;
  • Proficient computer skills (ie: common office software, design software and data analysis);
