This candidate needs to be a detail oriented individual and have the ability to demonstrate fine motor skills.
Must be able to work in a clean room environment.
Must support failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation of piece parts, components, and sub-assembly failures.
Must be able to work with a microscope.
Must be able to take and comprehend and follow directions from simple to moderate complexity.
Must be able to focus on task.
Ability to adapt to constant changes necessary to complete the tasks at hand.
Able to work well and maintain good and effective communication with management, engineering and technician peers to continuously improve manufacturing yields and throughput.
This individual should understand the requirements of working in a high tech manufacturing team environment.
Needs to be able to learn new skills, processes and operations.
Once trained the technician needs to be able execute these learned skills with little to no oversight.
Experience with MS Windows operating system and MS Office software is required.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Background in optoelectronics manufacturing operations.
Second Shift Position : 3PM - 11:30 PM
Need to be available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends
2 yr. technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
