Conduct semiannual and annual performance review in a fair, consistent and impartial manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a wafer fabrication or clean room production environment.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Able to work in compressed workweek schedule and be flexible with work schedule
Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, TPM and SPC preferred.
Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Ability and desire to work as part of team
Requires ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
