The Role - western or central region

Ensures operational support to the District Management and Sales Teams. Works closely with the Operations Coordinator and Business Analyst to ensure proper deal execution. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the order cycle is seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing / Offering Strategies
  • Determining the needs of customer
  • Determining product offering
  • Customer visits

Deal Structuring (End Users and Channel Partners)

  • Deal Enablement

  • Inventory
  • Escalation to help determine resolution if there are multiple issues in District
  • Understand all inventory issues in the District (BC owns information only)
  • Understand all general inventory issues (ROM RVP owns - information only)
  • Work Orders
  • Determine and approve which orders need to be dropped
  • Communicate to BC for execution of Work Order
  • RAC
  • Ensure that RAC are completed in a timely fashion

    P&L Management

  • Forecasting
  • Participate on the District forecast calls with the reps
  • Participate on the Division forecast call
  • Ensure that all information is properly reflected in Insight
  • Run Aries reports
  • Concessions
  • Understand the impact to District P&L
  • Does concession close the issue or are there other risks
  • In the case of Indirect transactions, have understanding of who was at fault in order to drive financial responsibility to proper entity
  • Loans
  • Understand impact to P&L
  • Escalation point for delinquent loans
  • Approve loans

District Support

  • Reporting
  • Understand the reports, information available, and how to use it to drive sales
  • Educate sales team on issues
  • Inventory constraints
  • Process changes
  • Train group or individuals on systems use or tools
  • Account planning
  • Provide DM with requested information
  • Provide Rep with requested information
  • Understand the tools to enable to provide relevant account information new or old
  • QBR
  • Provide DM with requested information
  • Provide Rep with requested information
  • Understand the tools to enable to provide relevant account information new or old
  • Quota Setting
  • Support DM as required
  • Marketing
  • Responsible for assigning lead
  • Competitive Data
  • Collection and review of competitive bids

Qualifications

  • BS in Accounting, Marketing, and or Finance
  • Minimum 7+ years experience supporting a high performance sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to work:
  • Autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Closely with Sales organizations and build sustainable business partnerships
  • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Great follow-through skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Contract generation experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and be flexible to adjust as priorities change
  • Advanced MS Office (Outlook and Excel minimum) skills
  • Good business acumen and judgment
  • Confident dealing with matrix management structure
  • Understanding and knowledge of:
  • CRM systems
  • Sales processes
  • Forecasting and pipeline management
  • Reporting
