YOUR ROLE The Director, Contract Manufacturing Planning is responsible for a highly complex and low system integration portfolio of raw, packaging and SFG materials for North America Laundry & Home Care. Lead S&OP, supplier reviews and runout analysis on a monthly basis. Own cross-functional relationships with production facilities (Henkel and contract manufacturing sites), Finished Good Planning, Suppliers and Project Inventory Management teams. Support over $750 Million Gross Sales for NA L & HC through exceptional Production Planning, Material Planning and Inventory controls Manage Finished Goods and Materials planning for 20 contract manufacturing locations Own and drive Contract Manufacturing Supply Review process for S&OP
YOUR SKILLS Strong analytical and communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and present to all levels of an organization A Bachelor degree required Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Power BI reporting are preferred 10 - 15 Years experience in production planning and scheduling Minimum of 7 years in people management experience Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, APO or other ERP systems required Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills Demonstrated ability to drive team productivity while maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale Demonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis and take action to fix issues
