This fleet consists of multiple equipment types, such as but not limited to, forklifts, vans, cars, tractors, trailers, lift gates and reefer units. Mechanical background required. Strong customer service skills and a mechanical background are a must. Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this operation. Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Fleet Maintenance Manager EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMechanical background included in education and/or experience required.Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or four or five years related experience or training.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSValid State Driver's License.
