Documentation Admin - Industrial Background strongly preffered. Manage the documentation and database for equipment, personnel training and environmental, health and safety (EHS). This includes creating and updating equipment in a central database with detail data (manufacturer, serial number, etc.), facilitating the back drafting of P&IDs, and maintaining EHS documentation and reporting.

  • Assume documenter duties within SAP (Documents required for compliance plans, piping systems, turnaround activities)
  • Manage plant s central database system for procedures, drawings and other pertinent EHS documentation.
  • Manage file size, duplicates, records retention, document location, document ownership, etc.
  • Manage the plant s central library ensuring it meets record retention requirements.
  • Understand and update P&ID s including facilitating the coordination of back drafting changes.
  • Manage other database systems and fileshares to ensure access and record retention requirements are met.
  • Updating and implementing piping/equipment inspection reports and other maintenance related items.
