The Day Operations Manager will provide oversight of all contracted services across multiple sites within a geographic region. The Day Operations Manager will be responsible to build strong client partnerships and drive operational excellence to ensure those sites within the region are meeting or exceeding client expectations.Ideal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and have a passion for helping others be successful. In this role, you will partner and consult with the branch operations team, the national team and the client to drive win-win solutions. Successful candidates will bring a customer focused people first mindset as well as possess strong training and mentoring skills. You will also provide support, direction and coaching to the site managers at each location.Essential Functions:* Visit and oversee service delivery model on regional portfolio.* Maintain communication with WeWork Community Managers.* Will be familiar with each sites floor plan, staff schedule, and budget.* Will be familiar with deep clean schedule.* Monitor condition of all equipment to assure its operating correctly.* Provide training to all employees in areas of cleaning procedures, best practices, safety, the use of all tools and chemicals, and on all disposable supplies.* Interact with Community Managers to stay on top of delivery schedule of supplies - and assure inventory count is updated weekly.* Maintain and monitor the days off paid (sick, vacation, etc.) for all employees such as and assure replacements are properly integrated.* Assure that the day job descriptions and schedules of work are kept up to date on ABM/WeWork portal.* Complete site inspection using ABM's SITE system and report any potential issue, necessary repairs or hazards immediately, includes audit of day and night performance.* During inspection report any damages to WeWork managers and also offer any periodic services outside of scope of work when necessary.* Attend ABM - WeWork monthly meetings.* Conduct performance training, monthly safety trainings and work with ABM Safety and Risk team to build custom safety training modules.* Coordinate scheduling with Community Managers for any projects that will take place at the location and follow up with inspections and report.* Assure all data analytic information is provided so client meetings are properly executed.Minimum RequirementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent military experience.* Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience.* Minimum of 5-7 years in facility services or building management (multi-site locations preferred).* Experience in co-working, commercial buildings or Hotel Facility environments a plus.* Previous custodial experience desired.* Able to travel by car weekly to sites within region.* Extended travel outside of region (10%).* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficient in Microsoft Office.* Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.* Must maintain a valid State issued driver's license.
