ABB Power Grids is seeking a Global Marketing Operations Manager for its Atlanta, GA location. This role is supporting the vibrant Marketing organization as it continues its revenue-based marketing journey. If you are analytically minded, have a passion for data-driven marketing, statistics and shaping numbers and metrics into insights, we would love to hear from you!Your responsibilitiesDrive the end-to-end operationalization and revenue attribution of marketing efforts for Business Line Grid Automation, defining and documenting all relevant processes, workflows, responsibilities and SLAsBe the champion for revenue-based marketing and data-driven decision-making within the marketing teamSupport the full lifecycle of campaigns, from ideation to execution to reporting. Execute day-to-day activities including: target account analysis, contact segmentation, list building, MQL definitions, configurations and scoring, post-campaign lead uploads, assignments, routing, tracking and ROI reporting.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against key marketing metrics and ROI goals, in a variety of systems and tools (, Eloqua, etc.) Prepare reports to management on an ad-hoc and regular basis (monthly, quarterly and annually), and proactively distil trends and insights to inform decision-making and marketing strategy. Report on effectiveness/ROI of various channels and tactics. Conduct SEO/SEM analysis for inbound, A/B testing for outbound, reach analysis for press and social media activities, etc.Keep us compliant and adhering to regulations (eg. GDPR), as well as best practices for lead importing and data processing. Regularly monitor and audit the database, MQLs, and campaigns for data hygiene, quality and completeness, and implement programs for data augmentation.Be the central interface between field marketing, demand generation and the market development (Inside Sales) team. Establish and enforce SLAs and workflows for MQL handoff, to ensure effective and timely follow-up and maximum conversion. Develop a full RASCI framework documenting process responsibilities, train marketing staff, and manage change as we improve how we work together.Work with Sales Operations to identify, troubleshoot, and correct any lead flow and attribution issues between Eloqua & Salesforce.Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in marketing operations. Contiguously research and implement suitable tools and approaches to enhance lead processing and marketing revenue attribution capabilities.Your backgroundBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business qualification and minimum 5 years experience in marketing/sales operations or lead generation in a B2B industrial setting, in the capacity of supporting marketers (field, event, demand generation teams) and MDRs/inside salesCandidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the United States Technical proficiency in CRM platform (Classic preferred); in-depth understanding of Lead, Contact, Account, Campaign and Opportunity objects, reporting and dashboarding functionalitySolid knowledge in Microsoft ExcelProven reporting and analytical skills; experience working with analytics and visualisation tools and interpreting data through a business lensKnowledge of Eloqua or another marketing automation platform, especially segmentation and reporting functionality Experience with reporting on web traffic and performance (knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics platform)Knowledge of other digital marketing platforms is an advantage (eg. webinars, surveys, event management) A passion for revenue-based digital marketing and integrated campaign management Fluent command of English, both written and spokenAbility to discover, learn and implement new digital tools and approaches Ability to build relationships at all organizational levelsPersuasive, positive and persistentStrong attention to detailStrong team playerMore about usBring your very own sense of pride and purpose as you help us drive forward the Fourth Industrial Revolution creating a sustainable future for our planet, and your career.
